LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Grounds Maintenance Laborer to provide operations and maintenance services at our contract in Charlotte, NC (Mecklenburg County Courts). Working schedule for this position: Monday through Friday / 7:00am-3:30pm.



Candidates must have a minimum of (2) years of experience in grounds and/or facilities maintenance to include lawn mower operation, gas powered weed eater and edger operation, snow removal, pruning, trimming, maintaining gardens/grass and general equipment maintenance. Responsible for housekeeping/building maintenance.

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
