As an Appreciation Coordinator, you use information collected from the loan team to order, manage, prep, and ship gifts to our borrowers. You work in a team oriented and collaborative environment that thrives on celebrating and lifting each other up.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Responsible for managing the gift and purchase queue.


  • Assist Marketing teams with gifts as requested.


  • Assist with ordering, purchasing and tracking gifts.


  • Maintain monthly expense reports.


  • Create experiential marketing pieces through new gifts and packaging.


  • Design handwritten and pre-printed cards for Appreciation and various other teams as needed.


  • Assist the Appreciation team with purchasing materials for gifts.


  • Design merchandise for the Gear Store, Travel department and other teams as needed.


  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
