We are seeking a Revenue Operations Director who is an ambitious self-starter with a track record of administrative and operational excellence. This person will manage all aspects of the sales operations and administration process, oversee operations personnel and provide system support to Sales and Marketing teams.

Job Duties:
Leading an Operations team (onshore and offshore) to support all aspects of Revenue Operations including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance
Manage all aspects of sales operations and administration process including but not limited to sales data accuracy, analysis, and reporting
Provide ad-hoc system support to Sales and Delivery
Provide ad-hoc Pardot support and issue resolution to Marketing
Oversee activities related to sales pipeline management, data and reporting, guiding process standardization, and providing operational support for Simplus's sales team
Providing strategic advice based on data insights
Prioritize and deliver requests for improvement of current workflows and processes
Create and maintain sales compensation plan documentation, quota/target data and support the commission/bonus process in collaboration with Finance team
Oversee adherence to internal compliance process dictated by the revenue integration with Infosys - ensuring that system data matches contracts, discrepancies are followed up in a timely fashion, and issues are resolved as required by the revenue integration team
Build and maintain reports & dashboards requested by the leadership team
Required Education and Experience
Experience in a leadership role within business analytics or sales operations management in a technology company
Experience leading a small team
Strong documentation skills and confidence in assisting in the creation of statements of work, quickly and accurately
Ability to review and make recommendations on improvements to processes and ways of working
Reporting / Business Intelligence experience
Experience supporting with Sales technology, preferably Salesforce
Experience supporting with Marketing technology, preferably Pardot
Proven track record of taking complete ownership of internal systems to ensure data is reflected accurately and sales processes are streamlined from demand generation to deals closed
Behavioral Skills

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position from home (remotely) or in our SLC, Utah headquarters. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
