Autobody Office Administrator

You will be crucial in ensuring that each customers experience is seamless and satisfying. Our shop prides ourselves on our commitment and quality to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Interact with customers, handle inquiries, and provide estimates.
Scheduling: Manage appointments and coordinate with technicians.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, handle billing and invoicing, and process insurance claims.
Office Organization: Ensure the office is well-organized and paperwork is properly filed.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering vehicle parts
Experience with Writing Estimates a must

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an auto body shop or similar environment.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office software.
Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive repair processes and insurance procedures is beneficial.
