Wood Group is looking for a Travel Services Operations Coordinator to support our Group Functions team. The successful applicant can expect the following:
Working as part of the Global Travel Services team and reporting into the Global Operations Manager, to deliver high standards of service to internal stakeholders ensuring best in class global travel services
Supporting, training and signposting employees on how to use Global Travel Services products and services.
Managing queries received by the Global Travel Services mailbox and VIVA Engage page
Supporting the implementation of global travel services including but not limited to project mobilizations and new country mobilizations
Category ownership including category plans to drive volumes to preferred suppliers against contract targets and driving cost efficiencies across a portfolio of preferred suppliers as may change from time to time
Communicating with stakeholder groups around the business on a regular basis to help drive operational improvements and build trust
Working on continuous improvement for the overall global service
Ensuring that the safety of our personnel is priority by ensuring that all Employees are given the relevant tools and information for travel
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Supporting and signposting travelers / bookers / project managers with day-to-day operational travel & VISA queries
Support for Aviation Safety queries
Collaborating with key suppliers to resolve internal customer queries.
Ensure that all relevant documentation is up to date and easily accessible for travel stakeholders through various channels.
Ensure that all relevant documentation is up to date and easily accessible on GTS internal systems and document storage.
Project Support on key commercial projects including but not limited to travel, payment
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Microsoft products (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams & VIVA Engage)
Sound understanding of the corporate and offshore travel eco-systems
Sound understanding of travel technologies
Knowledge, skills and experience:
TMC, Corporate Travel, Airline or Hotel experience required.
Visa and Passport experience an advantage.
Spanish speaking an advantage
