Role:
Manage a system-wide peer support program to enhance the well-being of the clinical workforce (physicians, nurses, etc.). Responsibilities include organizing training (e.g., Stress First Aid), managing peer support software, triaging support requests, and developing related policies and procedures. Additional duties involve collaborating with departments, overseeing program data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Key Duties:
Manage triage, pairing, and follow-ups for peer support
Develop policies and pathways for peer support
Collaborate with departments for effective triage and support
Design educational programs and provide training
Collect, analyze, and present data on program effectiveness
Travel to hospitals/clinics for training and support
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, RN license
5+ years nursing experience, 3+ years in health education
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
High emotional intelligence and discretion
Preferred:
Experience in population health, triaging, and data analysis.
