Ceramic Process Engineer - Join Our Innovative Engineering Team!

Overview: Are you a driven Ceramic Process Engineer passionate about process optimization and continuous improvement? We're looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you'll take ownership of crucial ceramic manufacturing processes, focusing on shelling, dewax, and mold preparation. Your contributions will help drive innovation, process control, and quality, ensuring we meet our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost casting quality, efficiency, and yield.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of materials and processes, ensuring compliance with all procedures and standards.
  • Provide hands-on support and training to develop technical skills across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, managers, customers, and suppliers, to resolve part issues.
  • Drive a culture of safety and 6S principles, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Audit and test processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Implement innovative solutions to reduce costs, increase throughput, and enhance overall quality.
  • Support PFMEA initiatives and evaluate the impact of process changes on yields.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Ceramic, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in investment casting or a related industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and experimental design techniques is a plus.
