The Invoice Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying all data entry from a 3rd party, reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy of the data and communicating with internal departments for a resolution. Report creation weekly is also expected to track all sales, fuel, and toll collection. You must be detail oriented, organized, and can meet weekly deadlines without excuse. Very fast paced and demanding.
