Our client is seeking a mid-level attorney with 4-8 years of experience for its Corporate business unit. This position is open to our Birmingham, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, or Pittsburgh office. This attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents and merger and acquisition documents. This attorney will be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 - $230,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule.
