I am partnered with a rapid growing healthcare system with locations across the US. This organization just opened a hospital in New Jersey and they are looking for an Attorney to join the team and manage all prelitigation and litigation matters.
Responsibilities
Handle multiple cases, especially in managed care and health care.
Handle all prelitigation and litigation matters for the hospital system
Regulatory and compliance oversight in the healthcare space
Represent clients in all court, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
Provide client counseling, coordinating with associates and staff and work on vendor suits and negotiations
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Barred in good standing in New Jersey or eligible to waive into the NJ bar
3-5 years of experience from a law firm or in house healthcare company
Previous experience with Prelitigation and litigation matters
Proven record of working with vendors and working in a client facing position
