Job Description
Essential Skills
Strong leadership skills with ability to orchestrate and drive multiple project teams/work streams to meet project deadlines.
Highly strong and related project management experience
Experience with credit card technology or Deposit Technology is a plus.
Assertive individual with the ability to execute with limited direction
Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders to facilitate and drive progress and resolution
Excel in time management and simultaneously manage multiple yet unrelated events
Capability to distill complex information from various sources to formulate a strategic plan of execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior management
Team player who is comfortable leading cross-functional teams inclusive of business, operations, and technology
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver under pressure
"Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options."
