Job Description:
Job Title: Adobe Workfront SpecialistLocation: Malvern, PA (hybrid)Duration: 6+ month contract with extensions
Typical Day:
- Need to understand the backend of Workfront, more technical
- Build a data field that could integrate with DAM to deliver assets in the most efficient way possible
- Know how Workfront integrates with red oak (old creative)
- Working closely with sue to connect technology
- Build a manner to create a way to build out / pull data
- Integration AEM the dam, red oak, M360 data reporting, tableau is a bonus
- Goal: for Workfront to have reports (want/need it to do more)
- Will eventually integrate to Workday
- Ability to suggest automation
- Will integrate gen AI
- Fusion experience is a plus!
Experience Required:
- Experience: At least 2 years as an Adobe Workfront system administrator, with significant experience in Workfront Fusion.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront's integration
- processes and capabilities.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in workflow automation, project management, and system integration.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Workfront Reporting & Resource Management: Develop metrics and reports to improve workflow and resource management.

Workfront Governance: Drive the adoption of Workfront, ensuring best practices/
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least 2 years as an Adobe Workfront system administrator, with significant experience in Workfront Fusion.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront's integration processes and capabilities.
- Certifications: Adobe Workfront certifications.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in workflow automation, project management, and system integration.
- Additional knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Adobe Experience cloud a plus.
