Strong customer service skills to effectively assist and support users.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and familiarity with Windows Defender for system security.

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Administrator in Fremont, California, to work on a special project in the Engineering Operational Technology space. The person in this role will be working on refreshing outdated hardware with new systems running Windows 10 LTSC. They will manage vulnerabilities by patching applications and configuring VLANs. They will also define, design, and implement network communications and solutions. Additionally, they will propose and implement system enhancements, including software and hardware updates, to boost the system's performance and reliability. This is a 12 Month Contract to Hire Role located in Fremont, California.
