Role Summary
Role provides fundamental equity research support for our Small-Cap Value investment team including a Portfolio Manager and Associate Portfolio Manager
3-5 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts
Exceptional performers have potential to be promoted to Equity Research Analyst
Diverse responsibilities including company/industry related research projects, collaboration with portfolio managers, and extensive financial analysis

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required AND
2 years relevant work experience (investment banking, equity research, or consulting preferred)
Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
Highly motivated, confident self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to handle data sets and conduct data analysis
Interest in creative thinking and problem solving

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base salary ranges:
$110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: California, New York $110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C $110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and All other US locations
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
