Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP Technical Lead to assist with the technical design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems and solutions within the organization. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT support to ensure SAP solutions align with business requirements and support operational excellence. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills to deliver value through innovative and reliable SAP solutions.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes, technical standards, and best practices.
- Oversee SAP development activities, including customization, enhancement, and integration of SAP modules and components.
- Provide guidance and support to SAP developers and technical teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and quality assurance.
- Configure SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) based on business requirements, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate SAP solutions and ensure reliability and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Development Professional) are preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SAP technical roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or lead technical role overseeing SAP Operational support & maintenance.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA, and SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO).
- Experience with SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, or SAP SCM.
- Knowledge of SAP development methodologies, tools, and best practices for custom development and system integration.
