This is a Fulltime, non-exempt position in Corvallis, OR. Remote work is not offered with this position.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $35,000 - $40,000/yr depending on experience. Includes Health Insurance (employee pay 15%), generous vacation and holidays, and Simple IRA with a 3% match.

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant works closely with all ORGANIZATION staff to support the organization's overall well-functioning. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
? Oversight of customer records management (CRM) platform including Organization, updates, and reports for community members, donors, sponsors, grantors, volunteers, customers, tickets sales, and artists
? Working with the Development Assistant in processing incoming donations and gifts to ORGANIZATION in a timely manner utilizing the (CRM) platform
? Keep current knowledge of all ORGANIZATION programs, special events, and staff responsibilities
? Management of facility rentals processes and staffing rentals when needed
? Regular website updates (WordPress)
? Management of ORGANIZATION Collaborative Google Drive, including on-boarding and off-boarding of employee access and maintaining Organizational Google Calendars
? Updating weekly staff coverage schedulers
? Facilities management, including on-board and off-board of employees and communications with the City of Corvallis maintenance department
? Fielding incoming inquiries (in-person, email, and phone) to ORGANIZATION from the community, artists, etc. to the appropriate staff member
? Support with annual fundraising event planning
? Provides additional support to the Executive Director as needed.
Qualifications
? Commitment to justice, equity, and transparency in all practices
? Demonstrated experience arts administration (preferred) or other administrative support experience
? Experience with database management
? Experience with WordPress
? Expertise in use and navigation in a collaborative Google Workplace including GDocs (word processor), GSheets (spreadsheets), GDrive (cloud folder system), GForms (form creator), and Gmail (email), etc.
? Create, utilize, and navigate files across Microsoft Office
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Ability to track decisions transparently, ensuring inclusion in all policies and practices.
? Ability to work in a non-fully ADA-compliant environment with accommodation assistance as needed.
