Job Description:

Responsibilities include:
  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creating and managing sales orders, dispatching purchase orders to vendors, and scheduling in-house technicians.
  • Managing and updating assigned work orders, vendor invoices, and the Open Sales Order report.
  • Responding to emails and phone calls, assisting with filing, and providing general administrative support, including answering phones.
  • Assisting Project Managers by preparing estimates, scheduling after-hours access for vendors/technicians, and locating new vendors as needed.
  • Ordering job materials, managing work order binders, and ensuring updated vendor paperwork.
  • Supporting other teams and departments as needed with additional administrative tasks.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
