We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Lease Administrator in Dublin, Ohio, United States. In this role you will be responsible for all processes associated with receiving, reviewing, and processing all lease contract packages. This will also include maintaining all revenue and commission reporting functions.
Responsibilities:
Process Contract Maintenance contract packages inclusive of preparation assistance, acquisition of trailer specifics, loading contract functions, and assigning appropriate trailers for accurate billing requirements.
Preparing Contract Maintenance Amendments for customer fleet changes as needed.
Preparing uploads for new trailer additions to assist Fleet Administrator with trailer database input.
Edits/Changes when required for existing Contract Maintenance trailers.
Preparation of all "TBD" letters and "Swap" letters for all contract type packages.
Assist the Lease Administrator with our contract termination and expiration processes.
Receipt and management of contract packages for completeness and appropriate approvals.
Calculate, Record, Track, and Report all revenue and commission sales data.
Maintain the lease database for contract compliance.
Perform necessary data entry functions for billing accuracy across all contracts and customers.
Notify branches of contract status and ensure updates for any contract changes.
Quarterly Lease Audits to ensure accurate billing for contract customers.
Maintain reports for accurate reporting to all internal employees regarding "short leases", revenue, and sales commissions.
Assist internal and external customers as a primary point of contact for all contract questions/needs.
Prepare "exception billing" invoices for contracts "as needed" and deliver to appropriate customer(s)
