Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Management Analyst with a specialization in contract management to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in helping our clients optimize financial resource utilization through strategic analysis, streamlined contracts, and precise data, and contributing to their overall financial success.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in contract management, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to different audiences.
  • Knowledge of contract management processes and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to produce clear and organized documentation.
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities for de-obligations and assist with the preparation of the necessary de-obligation packages.
  • Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes and establish and organize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with contract management objectives.
  • Serve as liaison between staff and management by analyzing and interpreting contract data for company procedures, policies, and workflows.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
  • Work with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure the timely tracking of all requirements, streamlining the process for efficient fund management and allocation.
  • Train and mentor team members on the contract management process and lifecycle.

Hours:
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm

Minimum Required Years of Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline.

Security Clearance/Investigation:
  • T-3 Investigation/Tier II

Preferred Skillset:
  • Budget Analyst and/or COR experience
  • Experience with accurately collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets.
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in contract management, specifically within the Department of Defense acquisition environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of DOD acquisition regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
