We are working with a top real estate development firm with a presence across the nation. This FP&A Analyst role with service the East region with extensive coverage along the coast. The FP&A Analyst will oversee underwriting, business planning, and capital requirements of the regional office.
FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough due diligence and underwriting for potential acquisitions and development projects.
Assist with the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition processes.
Create financial models to inform and support acquisition and asset management strategies.
Develop presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders regarding new and existing investments.
FP&A Analyst Qualifications:
1+ Year of Relevant Experience within Real Estate Development, RE Investment Banking/Corporate Development/M&A, or Real Estate Financial Planning
Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate
Advance experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with Real Estate transactions
