They are seeking a hands-on Controller to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and continued growth of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in financial audits, inventory oversight, and technology-driven process improvements.

Focus:
Manage cash flow, financial forecasting, and inventory, ensuring the company's financial operations are robust and support growth.
Lead and mentor a small team, currently consisting of 3 full-time staff plus 1 temporary employee, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Drive the adoption and implementation of new software solutions to enhance financial processes, with a focus on automation and inventory management.
Oversee the integration of existing systems, including software that supports warehouse operations, and evaluate the implementation of advanced financial management systems such as Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
Skill Set:
Extensive experience in a financial leadership role, with expertise in cash flow management, internal audits, and inventory control.
Proven ability to lead process automation initiatives and implement new software systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Familiarity with financial software systems like Warehouse management software, Netsuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
