Our client is seeking a proactive, strategic, and professional individual to join their team as a Cash Management Analyst. This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's money movement strategy and executing all client-related cash transactions on a global scale. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end cash processing functions, which include core money movements (such as Fed wire, ACH, and check processing), client collateral loans and lending functions, family office-related transactions, and client call-back verification.
The Cash Management Analyst will play a key role in enforcing fraud prevention measures and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with multiple departments, including Operations, Private Client, Legal and Compliance, Information Technology, and Executive Management, to foster innovative and value-added processes within the core functional area.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant financial experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials with discretion.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in an office setting and travel as needed.
Preferred:
Experience with workflow systems such as PegaSystems.
Leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and lead projects.
Familiarity with financial software and applications, including:
Advent products (APX, ACA, etc.).
Class Actions.
Family Office Services, including client bill pay functions.
