What you'll be doing:
Preparation of C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships, Trust, & Individual income tax returns
Preparation of financial statement compilation engagements
Be responsive to clients' needs, recognize client issues, and suggest solutions
Research accounting and tax topics relating to specific clients
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Who we're looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience
Experience in tax compliance services for a diverse range of clients is a plus
Experience in compilation and bookkeeping is a plus
Knowledge of Thomson Reuters tax/accounting software preferred but not required (Ultra Tax, Planner CS, Accounting CS, File Cabinet Solutions, and Practice CS)
Use of QuickBooks is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
Looking for someone who ultimately would want to become an owner of the company
Someone who is self-motivated, able to support the firm's management, provide leadership, as well as assist team members with all aspects of their client work
