Synechron Inc is seeking a Sr Scrum Master with RTE - financial services to join our Charlotte, NC (onsite 3 days a week is a must in Hybris ) long-term contract.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team. The RTE will play a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensuring effective collaboration among Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and a proven track record of driving successful program execution.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5-8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5 years Project Management experience in Software Development
SAFe Agile Experience, Oversee one or more ART's (and the SAFe framework) associated with the initiatives to ensure that its functioning and delivering on track.
Second or Third Level Scrum Master certification (PSM II PSM III CSP)
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent experience is desired.
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) preferred
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum/Lean/Kanban).
Strong understanding of Scrum tools and concepts (Release Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown, Velocity, User Stories, Complexity, Estimating, Story Boarding/Mapping, Definition of Done, etc.)
Experience with Data marts and Data warehouse
Experience leading IT project delivery with experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure, resource management, database design, and other systems support and development.
Deep skills using project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft 365
