The Specialist role at H7 Capital will provide critical support to the H7 management team while gaining invaluable exposure to private market investing. Office Support:
Assist with clerical tasks, including answering phones and maintaining an organized office environment.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
Assist in coordinating the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
CRM Management:
Assist the investment team in maintaining and enhancing the CRM for deal pipeline and service provider communications.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule meetings and appointments, organize and provide general support to visitors.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Administration Tasks:
Assist with special projects, design and produce documents, reports, and presentations,
Collect and prepare information for colleagues and outside parties, compose and prepare correspondence.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the team
Investment Process and Reporting:
Assist the investment team with the preparation of reports, investment committee memorandums, and presentations.
Assist in compiling quarterly reports on the investment portfolio.
Gain exposure to investment sourcing, negotiations and documentation processes.
Requirements:
A successful candidate must possess very high standards of professional ethics and integrity.
An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or other
relevant major (will consider candidate nearing completion of degree)
0-3 years of prior professional work experience
An ability to synthesize information into concise and actionable recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
