To support the firm's continued growth, the client is currently seeking to hire an experienced Vice President in the Miami office. The successful candidate will play a central role in targeting, pursuing, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments in portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with management team executives and advisers to assist portfolio company management with initiatives in financing, M&A, capital structure analysis and other strategic initiatives to enhance growth and/or drive operational improvements
Financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
Industry and competitive analysis
Business diligence
Assistance in the execution and financing of transactions
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be an investor from a highly regarded private equity firm and have an exceptional investment track record.
Minimum of 5-8 years of principal investing experience with a demonstrable track record of successfully leading the underwriting and execution of control private equity investments
