Piper Maddox are currently supported a global real estate powerhouse as they continue to expand their renewable energy capability. The successful candidate will play a key part in modeling, forecasting and overseeing the ever expanding renewable energy portfolio for the business.
What you will do:
Lead on the financial modeling for renewable energy development projects (solar and storage) for large C&I customers.
Oversee major financial assessments including forecasting, DCF's, RIR's and investment feasibility.
Assess overall project risk and performance, working with the executive team to address potential red flags.
What yo will have:
Deep understanding of C&I solar and storage financing is key.
Hand on experience of creating and updating complex financial models to oversee renewable energy projects.
Ideally experience working within the renewable energy IPP or developer.
