Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management Consultant - Procurement Management to join our team. The Procurement Analyst/Management Consultant will support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Resource Management Office (RMO) by providing procurement and management consulting services. This role focuses on analyzing procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and improving organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, program management, and financial analysis, and will assist in supporting strategic initiatives within the OCIO RMO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in procurement, management consulting, or financial analysis.
Knowledge of federal procurement regulations and processes, including experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Experience with procurement planning, contract management, and acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in financial management and procurement systems (e.g., PRISM, DELPHI, or other related platforms) (preferred but not required).
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex procurement data to leadership.
