Role Overview: The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial management, planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Manage financial risks and implement effective controls and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and business performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in finance or accounting roles.
Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
