The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and strategic support to drive the company's growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, preparing forecasts and budgets, and conducting complex financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts and budgets, including monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, assess risks, and evaluate the impact of business decisions.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Advise on financial strategies and provide recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in Finance.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
