As a Senior Finance Assistant focusing on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial performance and sales data to guide important business decisions. You will collaborate with various departments, providing essential financial insights and support that drive our success.
Pay Rate: $19.00 -$28.00/hour
Hybrid: Approximately 3 days on site / 2 remote, once established in the role.
1st Shift 8:30am-5:30pm includes lunch and breaks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field.
Strong ability to consolidate and present large data sets clearly and effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with large ERP systems is preferred; knowledge of advanced data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial analyses of sales, pricing, margins, productivity, EBIT, and cash flow.
Develop and enhance financial reporting processes, organizing data into accessible reports and performing key metric analyses.
Support the weekly flash reporting process through detailed daily revenue analysis and estimates.
Drive the monthly forecasting process with in-depth trend analysis impacting P&L and Balance Sheet.
Load relevant data into the financial consolidation system and ERP for forecasting, annual planning, and long-term strategy.
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end closing processes and resolve any issues.
Prepare insightful post-close financial reports to analyze trends and recommend improvements.
Produce detailed sales revenue and margin reports, analyzing data by customer, product, and territory.
Partner with Commercial teams to assess pipeline opportunities and inform forecasting.
Work with Logistics and Supply teams to manage inventory inputs and outputs.
Collaborate across functions to support and execute Sales incentive plans and enhance Customer Experience initiatives.
Provide ad-hoc support in various finance areas including AP, vendor management, and treasury functions.
