Job Title: Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Marlborough, MA 01752 (Hybrid 2 to 3 days per week)
Compensation: $125-140K annual salary plus 15% bonus, equity, and benefits
Position Overview / Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will be the company's first Financial Planning & Analysis full-time internal hire. They will be an individual contributor to start before building out a team.
Will own the FP&A process
Responsible for overall annual operating plan process and quarterly forecast cycles
Initial focus will be the development of a process for periodic revenue forecast updates
Will be responsible for developing reporting that can integrate financial data from several financial sources
Will also have a key role in the potential implementation, integration, and/or migration of IT systems
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance
Recent, hands-on experience at a publicly traded manufacturing, technology or medical device company would be highly preferred

Willingness and aptitude to create structure and processes to build and improve the FP&A capabilities
