Position Summary: As the Manager of Pricing, you will collaborate closely with Commercial / Sales Business leaders to craft deal analyses, develop pricing models, conduct market research, and optimize profitability. Your role will involve managing and mentoring a team of 8-10 Pricing/Financial Analysts, with a focus on building a best-in-class Pricing team. You will also play a key role in recruiting and hiring top-tier talent to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Commercial and Sales leaders to provide insightful deal analysis and develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Create and refine pricing models, conduct market research, and support bid processes to enhance profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 Pricing/Financial Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract high-potential talent.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize pricing and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and driving results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Sales Finance and/or Pricing Analysis with a proven track record of leadership and staff development.
  • Experience working in large company.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of business acumen and analytical prowess.
  • History of job stability and career progression, demonstrating commitment and growth.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent, with a focus on creating a high-performing team.
