Position Summary: As the Manager of Pricing, you will collaborate closely with Commercial / Sales Business leaders to craft deal analyses, develop pricing models, conduct market research, and optimize profitability. Your role will involve managing and mentoring a team of 8-10 Pricing/Financial Analysts, with a focus on building a best-in-class Pricing team. You will also play a key role in recruiting and hiring top-tier talent to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Commercial and Sales leaders to provide insightful deal analysis and develop effective pricing strategies.
Create and refine pricing models, conduct market research, and support bid processes to enhance profitability.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 Pricing/Financial Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract high-potential talent.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize pricing and profitability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and driving results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
5-10+ years of experience in Sales Finance and/or Pricing Analysis with a proven track record of leadership and staff development.
Experience working in large company.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of business acumen and analytical prowess.
