Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Accounting Coordinator for a parts solution provider in Columbus, OH. This is a full-time, direct-hire, onsite opportunity.
As the Accounting Coordinator, you will oversee daily financial transactions and handle various administrative duties to maintain smooth office operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete the daily activities of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Guarantee precise processing of invoices and payments while maintaining current cash-flow schedules.
Monitor sales activities and compile reports on financial transactions.
Offer administrative assistance by scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of AP/AR and invoicing experience in a manufacturing/logistics/warehouse environment required.
2-3 years of administrative support experience.
Proficient in financial tracking, and billing practices, utilizing financial ERP software and MS Office.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, including strong prioritization and time management abilities.
Exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork and external interactions.
