Reporting to the Regional Plant Controller, the Sr. Cost Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly financial closing, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the Finance team. They will support the manufacturing teams in multiple locations. They will be responsible for the coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate must have a great attention to detail and analyzation of data to be successful in this role. They must be able to prioritize and complete multiple projects on strict deadlines.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Five (5) years of relevant finance experience is required.
Must possess proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, BI, Excel4Apps and other integrated reporting solutions.
Excellent teamwork, relationship building, and coordinative skills is required.
Must be able to work with diverse team across various geographies is required.
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and listening is required.
Experience and familiarity with LEAN concepts and design is highly preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
