Our client is a well established private equity firm looking to add a Financial Controller to lead a new division of their business. This is a great opportunity to take on a lead role and develop out the accounting and finance department for a new business unit. The ideal candidate will have worked in or with Private Equity in the past and will have experience in the Technology space.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Financial reporting for multiple business entities
Over see the integration on new ERP migrations
Manage cash flows and audit coordination
Ensure company is compliant with regulations
Develop process improvements to stream financial processes
Act as point of contact with financial institutions and lenders
Qualifications
CPA, and Big 4 Audit experience preferred
GAAP
Acquisitions and integrations experience
Business consolidation and management of multiple entities experience
