Job Title: RFP Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Overview: We are seeking an experienced RFP Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments and develop a deep understanding of both equity and fixed income investment offerings. The RFP Analyst will work closely with investment teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging of the firm's products and capabilities, driving new business opportunities and supporting cross-selling efforts. Additionally, the Analyst will assist the Consultant Relations Support team, particularly during quarter-end, to deliver timely and accurate materials for the Consultant channel.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Client Intake, ESG, Sales, Operations, Consultant Relations, Risk, and Client Service teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Support institutional sales and consultant relations by completing complex and customized RFPs, RFIs, consultant questionnaires, and ad-hoc requests for the firm's Fixed Income and Equity products.
  • Utilize proprietary technology tools and resources to efficiently manage requests for information.
  • Assist Client Service teams by responding to existing client questionnaires.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all RFP and RFI responses meet legal standards and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and update the firm's RFP database regularly.
  • Support the Consultant Relations Support team at quarter-end by preparing DDQs and other ad-hoc materials.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience writing RFPs and/or preparing marketing materials for Fixed Income and Equity investment products within an investment management firm.
  • Familiarity with institutional channels and investors, including public funds, Taft-Hartley plans, corporate investors, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, defined contribution plans, sub-advisory relationships, registered investment advisors, and institutional intermediaries.
  • Bachelor's degree required; progress toward an MBA and/or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex RFPs/RFIs, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and produce customized proposals for large mandates.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
