Company Summary: We are currently partnered with leading manufacturing services organization based out of the Atlanta, Georgia area, looking to add on a Director of Corporate Development to their highly acquisitive team. This opportunity will allow you to work on execution, origination, lead high level presentations to the executive board, and partner with private equity executives in a fast paced environment.
Corporate Development Director will be responsible for:
Develop plans for a seamless inorganic & organic strategy to accelerate the firm's growth.
Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
Execution of full lifecycle M&A transactions.
Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
Mentoring, training and supervising analyst and associate level team members.
Corporate Development Director should have the following qualifications:
7+ years' experience in mergers and acquisitions in Corporate Development and Strategy.
Prior Investment Banking or Big 4 transaction advisory or other related experience.
Ability to hit the ground running originating new deals.
Bachelor's in finance, Economics, Business or related fields
MBA preferred but not required.
Strong financial modeling capabilities
