Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and complies with all State and Federal banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, Customers Right to Privacy Act, Regulation D, Regulation DD/Truth in savings, USA Patriot Act, CIP, Elder Care, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and Privacy requirements as they pertain to this position. This position is responsible for escalating suspicious activity to the BSA.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position underwrites and processes new loan requests
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures all information is accurate and complete. All guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulation are to be followed
Creates financial spreadsheets and analyzes, structures and underwrites loans
Originates loans from application to closing and work closely with Escrow, Title and all parties involved
Monitors and reports delinquencies
Prepares loan compliance reports
Timely collects of financial updates
Conducts site visitation
Manages new and existing clients
Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti?Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge on credit analysis
Ability to work on multiple loans simultaneously
Excellent time management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Effective written, verbal and organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from accredited 4?year University
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SBA

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
