A large private equity firm with a focus on the Energy industry is seeking a compliance professional to join their team in Houston. The firm is actively growing and is expanding its back office functions to properly assist the business.
The role will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will be involved with the day-to-day execution of the compliance program. It will offer exposure to the entire compliance program and will work directly with the business on all reporting, training, and filing needs. An ideal candidate will have previous investment advisory compliance experience in the private equity or private credit market.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in compliance at a private equity or private credit firm
Strong knowledge of investment advisory compliance rules and regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively
