Northside Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the Perimeter area, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to operate independently on complex projects. You will contribute to critical decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling for various projects, including program evaluation, profitability analysis, and strategic planning.
Extract meaningful insights from complex datasets to support decision-making and forecasting.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting.
Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Mentor and develop junior financial analysts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on complex modeling and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
CPA or CFA certification.
Experience in healthcare or a related industry.
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
