About the Role: As an Investment Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment strategy within the renewable energy sector. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial modeling and analysis for prospective investments.
Perform thorough market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project viability and risks.
Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data and documentation.
Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates to management.
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including developers, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, venture capital, or a related field, within renewable energy.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial software tools is a plus.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
