Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, with a focus on both individual unit performance (e.g., company-operated locations) and overall company performance (e.g., G&A). The Senior Financial Analyst contributes to developing strategic company plans and models future growth scenarios to support long-term success. This position blends traditional FP&A functions with strategic analysis.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Analyze historical financial data to create reliable forecasts and develop flexible financial models with clear outputs.
  • Propose innovative methods for forecasting and budgeting, and effectively explain variances from expectations.
  • Provide long-term planning support to management, incorporating input into financial models and running sensitivity analyses.
  • Create reports that offer business leaders insights into enterprise-level performance, with a focus on metrics like cash flow.
  • Offer ongoing ad-hoc support by providing financial models that assist business leaders in decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for increased profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Educate non-financial stakeholders on business concepts to enhance their financial acumen.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in P&L management.
  • Advanced skills in building dynamic financial models using Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences and present confidently.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, including those with limited financial expertise.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Work Experience
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

$85-95,000 + 10% bonus
