Required Skills, Education, and Experience
Minimum completed education of a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
10-15 years finance experience, including experience with an international, diversified industrial company.
Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals in different locations at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of trends in FP&A technology and how data is consolidated and structured for presentation. Able to structure and manage data to give business insights.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
