LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Accounts Receivable Manager for a newly created, hybrid, position with a client based out of Richmond, VA.
The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all AR and collections functions for the organization. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end collections process, analyzing metrics and preparing reports and implementing strategies to enhance cash flow.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all collections functions and activities.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk and improve collections performance.
Analyze and report on metrics, providing insights or recommendations.
Create objectives for the collections team that closely aligns with company goals.
Assist with forecasting bad debt projections.
Collaborate cross functionally to establish best practices for cash flow optimization.
Create process improvements to increase overall efficiencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of credit and collections experience
2+ years of previous leadership/management experience
Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to deal with difficult situations
Comp: $85-100k Base compensation
