Job Title: Chief Financial OfficerReports to: President
Direct Reports: Lead 15 staff in finance, operations, and IT
Office Location: Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid - 1 remote day/week
Salary Range: $190,000 to $250,000 based on experience + discretionary annual bonus

CFO to their executive leadership team.
Description:
- Oversee all finance functions and performance
- Provide strategic leadership
- Financial management and reporting of federal and state grants as well as private donations
- Collaborate with leaders to manage department budgets
- Lead the annual audit process with external auditors and the internal audit committee to approve audited statements for annual filing
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 15 years of non-profit sector experience
- CPA license
- Single Audit experience (OMB Circular A-133 audit)
