Job Description:
High exposure controller opportunity with a very strong and growing commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Miami.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of day to day accounting
- Oversee entire accounting/finance team
- Assist with complex real estate transactions
- Waterfall calculations
- Financial reporting
- Oversee fund and property accounting
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting ore relevant work experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Office
