Our client is a well established a respected investment company that is experienced a large wave of growth. They are expanding their business operations and are looking to add a US Tax Manager to oversee a new arm of the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization for the United States.
Responsibilities
Preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns
Ensuring compliance with Tax laws
Oversee tax provisions and financial statements
Mitigate tax risks
Tax Audits
Develop and manage team members
Oversee all information security processes and ensure full compliance with data protection regulations
General Ledgers and maintenance of tax balances
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus
8+ years of tax accounting experience
5 years of tax manager experience
Strong understanding of US Tax codes and procedures
Experience with US Corporate taxes and US Payroll regulations
