POSITION DETAIL

Approaching $900 million in assets, Community Resource Credit Union, located in Baytown, Texas, is currently in search of a lending executive to serve as their Chief Lending Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will oversee the lending operations of the credit union and collections department. Responsibilities will include strategically leading origination, underwriting, processing, servicing and collections for a loan portfolio consisting of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. You will also manage the portfolio's risk profile and product mix. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in all areas of lending to include consumer, mortgage, and commercial. The selected candidate will also have strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team consisting of lending and collections professionals. Five plus years of senior lending experience within a financial institution is required. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
