Barrett Financial is hiring consumer-direct loan officers and loan officer assistants to join our Tempe, AZ branch. Founded in 2002, we have been operating at the highest and most efficient levels in the mortgage industry for the past 22 years. Loan officers on the Barrett Direct team can expect to receive consistent high quality inbound leads and top of the industry compensation.
Loan Officers are expected to close 10-15 deals/month. If you are able to turn live leads into closed deals, Barrett Direct will be a great home for you.
This is an in office position 5 days per week.
Loan officers at Barrett direct are paid minimum wage + up to 75 BPS per deal.
